What we Offered GIAD
Since its inception, GIAD recognized the need for an integrated back office system to support their phenomenal expansion and to support their future growth. After careful consideration of the market leading software available, they selected Babylon IV. They wanted a software suite that would improve their stock visibility, streamline sales, purchasing and manufacturing and reduce production of paper based reports and re-keying of data. Integration, flexibility and tailor ability were key functionalities required. Since going live, their capacity to manage and control the company has significantly improved. Sales and Accounts department have access to the same information, eliminating departmental barrier. They now have excellent control over stock. They have also benefited from improved tracking of Sales Orders and Purchase Orders and achieved significant savings in time and stationery costs due to direct generation of sales data and reports from Babylon IV instead of having to re-key data."
